Get involved
Money helps. So does a Tuesday evening.
Not everyone can give, and giving is not the only useful thing. Time, a skill, a van, a warehouse, an introduction — all of it counts, and some of it we cannot buy at any price.

Volunteer with us
Outreach shifts, kitchen sessions, sorting donations, or a skill we cannot afford to buy — accountancy, translation, a plumber who answers the phone.

Runs, birthdays, quiz nights, a month without something you would miss. We will send you a pack and then mostly get out of your way.

A legacy costs you nothing today and funds work long after. We will talk you through it plainly, and we will not chase you afterwards.

One honest warning about volunteering.
Outreach work is slow, repetitive, and often ends with nothing visibly achieved. People will decline your help, sometimes rudely, and the same person may decline it twenty times before accepting.
We say this up front because volunteers who expect gratitude tend to leave within a month, and someone on the street has already been left by enough people. If you can keep turning up anyway, you are exactly who we need.
