Who we are

This website is operated by Goodward Foundation. Our charitable registration is not yet confirmed, so we do not describe ourselves as a registered charity. Contact: hello@goodwardfoundation.org.

Using this site

You may read, share and link to anything here. Please do not misrepresent us, imply we endorse something we do not, or use our name or logo to solicit money on our behalf without written permission. If you find a security problem, tell us before telling anyone else and we will not pursue you for reporting it in good faith.

Donations

Donations are handled by Stripe and governed by our donation and refund policy. A donation is a gift, not a purchase: you receive no goods or services in return. Monthly gifts continue until you cancel, which you can do at any time.

What we promise, and what we do not

We describe our work as accurately as we can, and we publish the sources behind the figures we quote. Cost estimates — what a given amount typically provides — are estimates, not guarantees about any specific donation. We do not promise that a particular gift funded a particular meal or a particular child.

Content and images

Text and design on this site belong to us. Photographs are licensed stock images of models, credited on our photo credits page — the people pictured are not people we have supported, and that page says so plainly.

Availability

We try to keep the site up and correct, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will correct it rather than argue about it.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted on this page rather than applied silently.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which the charity is registered.
